Can someone tell me if there is a contact Number for British people. Eg Bulawayo interpol?We have a contact for him, but if this fails is anyone willing to give us a lead in this?thank-you

Looking for some one on behalf of my father....her name is peggy Lerman, and she was paul jenkins's older sister. My dad hasnt seen you in over 35 years, but still wants to know his blood sister because, not only is it instinct, but he has a heart of gold too.
